Hotel Fridhem impressed me with its fantastic location near the metro and local shops. The staff were consistently friendly, and the clean room offered comfortable beds and kettle facilities.

The lack of a direct reception was puzzling, causing initial confusion. Additionally, the bathroom setup resulted in water splashing everywhere, making it difficult to keep the space tidy.

This place was a good match for a mini-break over the weekend in Stockholm at a reasonable price. The shower had good pressure, which was a nice way to start the day. Bring your own breakfast options for more variety.

I loved the Moroccan pancakes at breakfast! Seriously, they were a culinary delight! Plus, the location is perfection, with great spots like Thelins and Sushi Yama just a hop away for quick bites.

The hotel should clearly state on its site that they don't have 24-hour front desk service. Relying on phone calls for access felt a bit silly. Also, I’m not buying the eco-friendly cleaning excuse when rooms don’t get tidied for four days.

Additionally, I faced problems with the self-locking main door, which created inconvenience upon entering and exiting. Lastly, the breakfast choices felt very limited, leaving me unsatisfied each morning.
